Associate Pastor Doug Brandenburg

Associate Pastor Brandenburg joined the staff of Trident Baptist Church in February of 2021. He brings over forty years of ministry experience, having served as senior pastor of churches in Michigan and Ohio. He also served as an assistant pastor, evangelist, Bible college/institute instructor and director, and scripture printing ministry director. He is the son of an evangelist, Carl Brandenburg.

He has a passion for studying, teaching, and preaching the Bible. He has authored several materials to help Believers in their walk with God and their service for God in the local church.

He and his wife, Rhonda have been married since 1980 and have four grown children and twelve grandchildren. Pastor Brandenburg was raised in Ohio, yes he is a Buckeye Fan! He is the son of an evangelist and grew up in the ministry. Rhonda is from Colorado and they both are longtime Denver Broncos fans.

Pastor Brandenburg teaches the New Beginnings Class during the 10:00 am Sunday School hour every week. This class is designed for those who have just gotten saved, are new to church, or just want a better understanding of hte Christian Life.
